GD1000K / GDKK: The Compact Double-Acting Powerhouse
The GD1000K (GDKK) piston seal is a complete system-in-a-groove solution, integrating a slide ring, elastic ring, two support rings, and two bearing rings into a compact assembly. This intelligent design ensures excellent positioning control with minimal installation complexity. Rated for 0~45MPa and speeds up to 1 m/s, it handles hydraulic mineral oils and water-based fluids from -30°C to +120°C.
Standard materials include HPU/NBR elastomer with PTFE-Bronze-Compound slide ring and POM/PA support rings. For demanding environments, custom material combinations (HNBR, FKM, PTFE-Carbon, PEEK) are available upon request. The GDKK series supports diameters from 40mm to 1400mm, making it suitable for metallurgy, hydraulic presses, mining, offshore, and heavy-duty construction machinery.
DAS Compact Seal: Cost-Effective One-Piece Piston Design
The DAS compact seal revolutionizes piston design with its one-piece architecture featuring a central NBR elastomer, Z-shaped anti-extrusion rings, and L-shaped guide rings. This cost-effective solution offers fluid control capability and pressure holding function, ideal for agricultural machinery, injection molding machines, and mobile hydraulics. With a pressure rating of 0~35MPa and speeds up to 0.5 m/s, the DAS delivers reliable performance across standard industrial applications.
