Product Description

Nylon Wear Rings Inside Bearing FA

 

The FI guide ring is engineered primarily for piston rod applications. It provides a robust bearing surface between the cylinder rod and the housing, effectively avoiding direct metal-to-metal contact. The FI wear ring delivers exceptional durability. It features a U-shaped cross-section and a split (angle-cut) design, the guide ring can be spirally compressed inward for effortless installation into the rod housing. Once inside, it snaps back into place, securing itself perfectly within the groove. This specialized groove layout ensures zero axial movement during operation. It can be used either individually or stacked in series to handle heavy-duty applications. The total number of wear rings required depends on the expected radial or side loads.
